“When I saw the results, I was shocked—I knew I had to maintain this,” she revealed.

Savannah Chrisley is getting real about her decision to undergo liposuction after battling both physical and mental health challenges.

“I was dealing with severe endometriosis and was put on medication that made me gain 40 pounds in just three months,” the Unlocked podcast host shared in a recent episode.

“It was insane,” said the reality star, who first spoke about her endometriosis diagnosis in 2020 after having three surgeries. “I felt awful. I wasn’t happy with my appearance, and when you don’t like what you see in the mirror, it affects every part of your life—physically, emotionally, and mentally.”

After consulting with plastic surgeon Dr. Charlie Galanis—who joined her as a guest on the podcast—Chrisley decided liposuction was the right choice for her.

Within a week, she was in Beverly Hills preparing for the procedure. Though the exact timing isn’t clear, it happened before her mother began her prison sentence.

The results? Chrisley says she was thrilled, describing herself as a “completely different person” afterward.

“When I saw the outcome, I thought, ‘Wow, I need to maintain this,’” she admitted.

Interestingly, Dr. Galanis didn’t expect her to publicly discuss the surgery—and Chrisley hadn’t originally planned to either.

“I’m surprised you’re sharing this. We never talked about going public with it—I had no idea you’d bring it up,” he said.

“Neither did I,” she responded with a laugh.

Chrisley explained that despite her efforts—working out, eating right—nothing helped her lose the stubborn weight.

“Here’s the thing—when you’re on TV and have to shoot campaigns, you can’t just show up feeling insecure about how you look,” she said. “It didn’t align with my brand, and I didn’t feel like myself. I needed a solution, but I also knew there’d be judgment.”

Now, she’s embracing her decision—and her confidence.
