Dylan Douglas, the son of Hollywood stars Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, is speaking out after being wrongly accused of dumping a drink on two women at a Beyoncé concert.

A viral TikTok video from Beyoncé’s Atlanta show showed an unidentified man pouring his beverage on two concertgoers, who turned around in clear frustration. After the clip circulated on July 15, many social media users speculated that the culprit was the 24-year-old actor and producer.
But Douglas quickly shut down the rumors on his Instagram Story, sharing screenshots of the man in question with a clear denial: “Hey guys, this is NOT me in the TikTok video from the Beyoncé concert in Atlanta.”
He followed up with a zoomed-in image of the alleged drink-dumper, adding, “Again, this scumbag is clearly NOT me! Stop believing everything you see online :)”
To further prove his innocence, Douglas posted a photo with his grandmother in Wales, captioning it, “I’m with my Nan in Mumbles, Wales.” He then posted a video confirming his location, saying, “I hate to come on here and do this, but I’ve been put in a very awkward situation.”

Addressing the rumors directly, he explained, “That video going around TikTok—some guy pouring a drink on someone at the Beyoncé concert in Atlanta—wasn’t me. I’ve never been to a Beyoncé concert. I’d love to go one day, but I haven’t been to Atlanta in five or six years.”
Panning the camera to show his rainy surroundings, he joked, “I’m in Mumbles. Rainy Mumbles. In the cold, in Wales.” He even filmed himself inside a local bar with his grandmother, quipping, “They’ve got karaoke here—not nearly as good as Beyoncé.”
Douglas ended his video by urging people to find the real culprit, saying, “Whatever happened there, I hope they find the guy. It looked horrible, but it wasn’t me.” He also revealed that he had received unsettling messages over the false accusations.
“I’ve gotten a lot of scary DMs and comments, and it’s been frightening. I just hope it all stops,” he said before blowing a kiss to the camera and signing off with, “Hi from Wales!”
