Kristen Doute is standing up for her “The Valley” co-star Brittany Cartwright after Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi speculated online about whether Brittany might be pregnant.

The controversy started over Labor Day weekend when photos surfaced of Brittany Cartwright on a Mexican vacation with her new boyfriend, Brandon Hanson. The pictures quickly drew attention on social media, including a public comment from “Shahs of Sunset” alum GG, who questioned whether Brittany was expecting.

“No shade, but is she pregnant too?” GG wrote under an Instagram post. “I mean, he’s holding her belly and the belly is definitely bellying.”

Kristen did not hold back in response. She took to her Instagram Stories to confront GG directly, sending her a private message that read: “Why would you COMMENT on a photo of Brittany speculating pregnancy? As a woman and a mother. F–king disgusting.”

She then shared screenshots of the alleged DM conversation, which showed GG admitting she was “clearly” wrong—but also firing back with threats and personal criticism.

“Bro u keep trying to ‘come’ for me haha and I hate to say this to u but I’m NOT the one!” GG replied. “There’s an image of that man holding her stomach, isn’t that what couples do when they announce they’re potentially expecting? … I was clearly wrong.”

The argument escalated as GG warned Kristen that they would now have “major issues,” telling her to “buckle up buck teef” and even suggesting she “accept God into your life.”

Kristen wasn’t alone in defending Brittany. Their “The Valley” co-star Janet Caperna also voiced support in the comments, writing: “Never thought I’d say this but GO KRISTEN! There’s no place for body shaming or pregnancy speculation in 2025 .”

Katie Maloney from “Vanderpump Rules” also weighed in, simply stating: “She so weird for this.”

Brittany recently confirmed her new relationship with Brandon Hanson in an interview with PEOPLE. The two made their first public appearance together at Narwal’s End of Summer Soirée in Los Angeles.

Kristen, who attended the event with them, shared her approval of the new couple: “She has someone in her life that’s really amazing that I am head over heels for. This person is very wonderful and very cool. Very family-feeling.”

Although Brittany—who shares a 4-year-old son, Cruz, with ex-husband Jax Taylor—didn’t reveal many details about her new boyfriend, she did mention one important commonality: they’re both parents.

“He’s a dad, so it makes it really easy,” Kristen added. “A lot easier and understandable.”

When asked how serious the relationship is, Brittany replied, “we’ll see.”
