Fresh off turning 60 earlier this year, the stunner hopped on Instagram Monday to share two barely-there shots—rocking a bikini in one, lingerie in the other—getting real and raw with her followers in the caption.

“This is me,” she started, explaining the first pic was snapped on “vacay,” with “great lighting” and her “striking a pose.” The second pic, she made clear, was taken at home, “with terrible light” and zero posing.

“And this? This is me too,” she added about the second shot.

“This is 60,” she went on.

“This is 60 years of eating well… when I feel like it. 60 years of hitting the gym… or skipping it. 60 years of nailing it, then dropping the ball, and doing the whole cycle over and over,” Porizkova wrote.

“It’s 60 years of figuring out what clicks and what flops. Just when I think I’ve got it all sorted, everything flips, and I’m back to square one.”

Porizkova’s no newbie to sharing unfiltered stuff on social media.

Earlier this year, she opened up about gaining 15 pounds after surgery, noting she put on the weight following a double hip replacement in 2024.

“I actually don’t mind this fuller frame. Compared to a year ago, when I was 15 pounds lighter but in nonstop pain, this new softness feels like a relief. And thanks to my love @sjeffgreenstein, my body also feels sexier, more desirable—hell, I’ll say it—more powerful than ever,” she shared, closing with a laugh by joking that these days, her “only issues” are “no gigs and a closet full of nothing to wear.”
